• High Falls, NY

  • High Falls was a renovation and furnishing of an 1847 Victorian Italianate style vacation home in the Hudson Valley of New York. Distillation and cohesion were key driving concepts — removing non-original components, while still visually tying together of the interiors of both the historic structure and the modern ADU addition.

With a shoestring budget, we removed dilapidated covered porches, restored original window, the ADU was reskinned in cedar siding, all interior trim was repaired and uniformly painted.
